I have been a fitness instructor for 30 plus years and tried Kangoo Jumps fitness classes for the first time 6 months ago.  I was hooked after the first class. I love that it is a high intensity cardio workout with no strain on your joints.  It is a class that is good for all fitness levels. I am more toned and stronger. My endurance levels are higher than ever before. I would recommend these classes to all my fitness friends and students.

I came to my first Kangoo Power class in February of 2016 and instantly loved it! I had been taking other fitness classes and saw her class videos on Facebook and instantly wanted to try the class. Since starting Kangoo Jumps fitness classes over a year ago, I have dropped twenty pounds.  The best thing for me has been my overall health. I am a diabetic and 5 years ago had very high cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels. My numbers are now at the lowest levels they have been in 23 years! I believe the high energy workouts that I get from Michelle's Kangoo Jumps fitness classes have helped to lower my levels and continue to keep them low.
