Michelle Davis, owner of JumpFit Indy, was introduced to Kangoo Jumps Rebound Shoes in the spring of 2012.  Having been involved in personal fitness her entire life, she was thrilled to learn about this unique cardio fitness class. Diagnosed with spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease, she had to find a workout that had less impact on her body while still being able to focus and maintain her health and fitness goals. No longer able to able to jog on a hard pavement, or participate in high intensity fitness classes that could not protect her back, she was searching for a fitness class where she could burn major calories and have FUN at the same time!

 After being convinced to give the boots a try, it took 30 seconds and it was love at first jump!  I was bouncing like ‘Tigger’ with ‘mini trampolines’ on my feet.  Finally! A workout that did not bore me, and put a huge smile on my face because it just made exercising FUN! I knew I had to become an instructor of this amazing and unique cardio fitness program! I became a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Licensed Kangoo Jumps Instructor in May of 2013 and have been teaching these classes for 9 years in the metro Indy area!

Michelle teaches with Vanessa Moore who she met in January of 2014 when Vanessa attended a Kangoo Jumps Fitness class led by Michelle. They “bonded” over their mutual love of “bouncing”, became best friends, and in December of 2017 Vanessa became a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Licensed Kangoo Jumps Fitness so they could teach together!
